What will it cost?
We are unusual in that we can often offer a fixed fee, especially in uncontested divorces. If this is not possible, at our initial meeting we will give you a best estimate of what you can expect your case to cost. This will be reviewed carefully each month.
We always try to negotiate settlements without going to court. The court is a last resort and this helps to keep costs in proportion. We also pride ourselves on being able to act speedily. This approach prevents costs from spiralling out of control.
